Step 1 · Measure Over Bust

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, level to the floor—not too tight, not too loose.

Step 2 · Measure Under Bust

Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, just under the bust. Exhale, keep the tape level, and note the measurement.

Sister sizes are alternate bra sizes that keep the same cup volume while changing the band length—useful when your exact size isn’t available, or when you want a firmer or looser band.

Rule of thumb: down 1 band → up 1 cup • up 1 band → down 1 cup

Cup volume is tied to band size. When the band changes, the cup letter shifts to keep volume constant.
